refund and cancellation policy
Training Services: All sales of training services provided by Green Mountain K-9 are final. Due to the extensive time, effort, preparation, and resources that go into preparing and providing these services, we do not offer refunds for any training services sold. This includes, but is not limited to, private lessons, group classes, and training packages.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, please contact us at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 24 hours] in advance to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling.
Products For products purchased through www.greenmountaink9.com, returns are accepted within 3 days of the date you received the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@greenmountaink9.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, supplements), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
